Pelloby H350 Portable Hydraulic Jib Crane

The jib arm and post are manufactured from a common rolled steel rectangular hollow section.  This design enables the arm to mate with the post section, totally enclosing the hydraulic ram when out of use.

The three position, pin location, telescopic jib arm is raised by means of a hydraulic ram and pump, and is fitted with a load limiting device to prevent overloading in any jib arm position.

Controlled lowering is achieved by means of a thumb screw operated release valve.  A non-return valve is fitted at the base of the cylinder to prevent the load from falling in the unlikely event of hose failure.

The portable hydraulic jib is mounted on a fabricated steel frame that is fitted with a cast iron ballast weight to counteract the overturning moment.

The complete unit is mounted on four castors, two fixed and two fitted with Ackerman type steering which gives excellent maneuverability in confined spaces.

Finish all materials would be given one coat of zinc phosphate primer/undercoat and one top coat of best quality paint, finish colour Red BS4800-04E53.
